What's this you ask? Isn't it clear? It's Ben trying to use a lighter and matches to warm up the lock on the gate to the camp because it too was frozen shut. Unfortunately Ted's torch was at home. It took a long time, but eventually we were able to get the lock unfrozen and were able to drive into the camp.
