Originally Javier, (who is in to caving), had been trying to line up a real spelunking outing for the older Scouts. Unfortunately with the White Nose Syndrome killing off lots of bat colonies many cave operators wouldn't allow any outsiders in. So this was a fall back for the older Scouts.
