Dave's Patrol opted for 'tacos in a bag'.  You basically just throw all the taco stuff in a bag and mix it up with some taco chips.  You then just spoon it out.  A suggestion though is to not use 2 gallon ziplock baggies.  It's hard to dig the food out of the bottom of them.
