Here Scouts who are working on their Brotherhood rank for the OA help take out the camp's dock.  There are 13  200 pound sections of the dock, each resting on 4 drums.  Each are held together by 4 rusty bolts (which are of course located under the walkway), which are very fun to get off while trying not to drop the wrenches in the water.  Then getting the poles out of the water is even more difficult.  Even though one guy here has shorts on it is actually fairly cool out and the water is downright cold.  Much effort is spent on getting the dock pieces out of the water without getting wet at all.
